Jeremy Houle, RMT

Jeremy Houle, RMT

Owner/CEO

Jeremy started his career as an RMT in 2014. In 2018 Jeremy decided to settle down in his hometown of Carleton Place. After 2 years of working in Carleton Place and the overwhelming support from the community Jeremy opened Houle Healthcare - Complex Rehab Centre on May 1st, 2021.

Jeremy’s passion for helping people was the catalyst for him to create a one-of-a-kind therapy and mobility clinic. Jeremy identified a gap in the healthcare service industry while working regularly with clients who require mobility aids. He decided it was time for some change and he was the right person for the job.

Jeremy combined his education as a healthcare professional, understanding of human functional movement and years of mechanical experience to beautifully meld two different industries. The Healthcare Professional and Mobility Aid industries existed in harmony but lacked proper understanding of each other. Due to this disconnect it results in clients not receiving the healthcare advice that is best for them. At Houle Healthcare the goal is to provide mobility aids when necessary and therapy when possible. Our clinic will change the way you think about therapy, mobility aids and pain relief.

Kelly Hiller

Kelly Hiller

Operations Manager

Kelly is returning to the workforce full time after 20 years of being a full time Mom and a caregiver to her children one of which has a condition that requires her to be in a wheelchair full time. After years of advocating to make situations accessible for her daughter, and navigating the challenges of getting the right equipment in place she is very passionate about making this process as smooth as possible for clients in the same situation. If she could make even just one person feel a little less alone and overwhelmed in navigating their way back to mobility, she would consider that a job well done. She looks forward to being a part of your journey.

Aside from clinical practice, she has been active in the research area with interests in concussion management, cancer rehabilitation, exercise, and precision/machine learning health care. She remains active in research through Carleton University.

When not working, Vicki spends her time walking with her adorable pooch, Becker, who really prefers to just sit on her lap. Vicki is originally from New Brunswick and has a calm, laid-back Maritimer-style. She tries to return each summer to see family and the ocean. She is always happy to talk hockey and tennis!
