Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Appointment cancellations require 24 hours notice before the start of the treatment.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be considered No-shows.

No-shows will receive a 100% late cancellation fee. Late cancellation fees are non-refundable.

Illness, Family Emergency, Vehicle Failure (first occurrence) & Inclement Weather are special circumstances. It is the patient's responsibility to notify the practitioner prior to the beginning of treatment If they are unable to make the scheduled appointment due to special circumstances.
