How to Measure
1. Stand with your legs shoulder width apart, legs slightly bent
2.Mid Thigh:Measure up 6 inches from the centre of your knee cap with a tape measure. With your muscles contracted measure the circumference of your thigh at the 6 inch mark.
3.Knee Centre:continue standing. Find the centre of your knee cap and measure the circumference while the tape is parallel to the ground. Make sure the tape is snug but not overly tight.
4. Calf: Measure down six inches from the centre of your knee cap. Then measure the circumference of your calf at the 6 inch mark.
